About This Role

Empyrean Sky Partners (ESP) is seeking an experienced Investor Relations professional to join its global alternative investment platform. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in private equity or venture capital, proven fundraising experience, and the ability to engage effectively with institutional investors across global markets.

This role combines strategic execution with deep LP engagement, serving as a critical bridge between ESP's investment platform and its international limited partner community. The position is flexible in level (Senior Associate / Manager / Director) based on experience, and is open across multiple global offices including New York, San Francisco, London, Zurich, Frankfurt, Paris, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Investor Relations & Communication: Serve as the primary contact for existing and prospective limited partners, ensuring consistent and transparent communication. Prepare and deliver investor materials including quarterly reports, market updates, and fund performance summaries. Support annual investor meetings, global roadshows, and LP conference calls.

Fundraising & Business Development: Develop and implement fundraising strategies targeting institutional investors, family offices, and corporate LPs. Refine institutional marketing materials including pitch decks, DDQs, and data room content. Manage the end-to-end fundraising process from initial engagement through commitment close.

Due Diligence & Internal Coordination: Lead LP due diligence processes and coordinate with investment, finance, and legal teams to provide accurate, timely information. Maintain a deep understanding of the fund strategy, portfolio construction, and performance drivers. Develop a strong command of global regulatory environments, LP reporting standards, and capital formation best practices.

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or capital formation within a private equity, venture capital, or alternative investment firm. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with a proven ability to manage complex LP relationships across multiple geographies and investor types.
