About This Role

Bank of America is seeking a Senior Private Credit Fund Analyst to join its investment solutions team in New York. This senior role focuses on delivering private credit investment expertise to internal stakeholders, conducting due diligence on private market funds, and educating financial advisors on investment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead investment due diligence for drawdown funds, private business development companies (BDCs), and interval investment vehicles

- Educate internal partners and financial advisors on private credit investment solutions using specialized market knowledge

- Conduct strategic analysis of investment options and prepare detailed investment memos and market commentaries

- Manage relationships with internal teams, external fund managers, and institutional vendors

- Attend annual meetings and conduct on-site evaluations of external investment managers

- Present fund merits and private credit risk/return characteristics to financial advisors

- Interact regularly with financial advisors to support client investment processes

- Verify data accuracy and maintain consistency in analytical work products

- Monitor ongoing performance of private credit fund investments across the portfolio

Required Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience in private markets fund investment due diligence, preferably with a focus on private credit strategies

- Proficiency with Excel, PitchBook, Preqin, and Cambridge Associates data platforms

- Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or Series 63 & 65) required; must obtain within 120 days if not currently licensed

- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for investment committee and advisor presentations

- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time

This full-time position requires 40 hours per week and is based in New York. Salary range: $150,000-$228,200.
