Cerberus Capital Management, a global alternative investment firm with approximately $70 billion in AUM across private equity, credit, and real estate strategies, is seeking an AVP (Assistant Vice President) to join its Investor Relations team in New York.

Founded in 1992, Cerberus invests across the capital structure with integrated investment platforms and proprietary operating capabilities across multiple asset classes and geographies.

The Investor Portal Operations AVP will oversee the operations and enhancement of the firm's investor portal, serving as a critical liaison between third-party fund administrators, internal stakeholders, and the firm's investor base. The role involves serving as primary administrator of the FIS Digital Data Exchange (DDX) portal — through which LPs access fund performance data, documents, capital account statements, and reporting.

Key responsibilities include managing portal operations, onboarding new investors, coordinating with fund administrators on data accuracy, developing reporting workflows, and supporting strategic IR initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years of experience in private equity fund administration, investor onboarding, portal technology, and client service.
