Senior Analyst, Acquisitions

Breakthrough Properties is a life science real estate investment company, a joint venture between Tishman Speyer and Bellco Capital. Seeking a Senior Analyst for the Acquisitions team to contribute to the evaluation, underwriting, presentation, and execution of real estate investment opportunities across the U.S. Responsibilities include creating and managing detailed financial underwriting models in Excel and ARGUS, maintaining up-to-date market research for life science markets, preparing investment presentation materials, reviewing due-diligence documentation, and coordinating with 3rd party vendors, brokers, and in-house departments during transaction due diligence. Also involves review of leases, PSAs, and loan agreements, general financial analyses, and maintaining asset management models. Looking for an experienced real estate professional in New York or San Diego.
