Senior Associate, Finance Private Debt Origination

A leading alternative investment manager with approximately $36 billion in assets under management is seeking a Senior Associate for their Private Debt Origination team. The role focuses on accounting and reporting for Private Debt funds including preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, reviewing fund administrator's work, handling all accounting/reporting/compliance, administering funds by preparing capital calls and distributions, collaborating with Investor Relations on fundraising materials and due diligence requests, working with outside auditors, monitoring and reconciling cash, and tracking portfolio investments and interest payments. Requires 5-8 years of experience with a focus on partnerships and investment, with public accounting experience with private debt clients strongly preferred. CPA preferred. Compensation: $120,000-$140,000 plus bonus.
