Credit Underwriting Analyst

About the role: As a Credit Underwriting Analyst in Aspire, your main scope is to assist the Risk team of Aspire in 2 main areas: Portfolio analysis and policy enactment. Prepare, underwrite & analyze Credit risk reports; give recommendations to support the decision making in risk management, credit approvals & in credit pipeline development. Analyze and make improvements to Credit risk scorecards. Analyze and make improvements to Credit Risk operational processes. Ensure Credit risk policies and SOPs are well documented. Support stakeholders to ensure Risk policies are well implemented. Perform other ad-hoc based tasks. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor Degree in finance, banking, statistics, math or related fields 1-2 years of experience in credit review analysis, auditing or credit portfolio analysis Passionate about the fintech industry and start-up culture fit Positive attitude and good self-motivation Analytical mindset with strong communication skills, and the ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and collaborative environment Fluent English communication skill
