B Capital, a global growth equity and venture capital firm, is seeking a pre-MBA Associate for its Healthcare AI Team in San Francisco. The role spans the full investment process from sourcing to due diligence across Series A to Growth Equity investments in healthtech and digital health. The Associate will develop investment theses, source new opportunities based on research themes, and follow AI trends in healthcare. Deal responsibilities include evaluating investment materials, leading diligence workstreams across financial modeling, audit, tax, and legal, and supporting portfolio companies across operating areas. B Capital leverages its relationship with BCG to connect companies with high-value customer targets. Requirements: 1-3+ years of relevant experience (investment banking on a healthcare team, finance or BD in an operating role preferred), undergraduate degree in economics, data science, biology, biomedical engineering, biochemistry, or related fields, and excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
