Associate, Product Management & Investor Relations, Infrastructure Secondaries

Ares Management is seeking a highly motivated Associate for the Secondary Solutions Investor Relations Group, focused on infrastructure secondaries. Based in New York, the candidate will report to the Head of Infrastructure Secondaries Investor Relations and join a team responsible for all aspects of investor relations for Ares' secondaries activities, predominantly focused on infrastructure products.

The candidate will support the development and rollout of new investment offerings across infrastructure secondaries strategies, working in collaboration with members of the Ares Secondary Solutions Group, relationship managers, investment, finance and accounting, compliance, tax, legal and structuring professionals from the Secondary Solutions team, as well as across the broader Ares platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support development and rollout of new investment offerings across infrastructure secondaries strategies

- Maintain and update marketing materials for infrastructure secondaries funds

- Provide investor relations support including written and oral communications with existing and potential investors

- Conduct market and competitor research and analysis

- Assist in fundraising and due diligence requests for funds in market

- Prepare for quarterly and annual interactions with existing investors

- Collaborate with investment, legal, compliance, tax, and structuring professionals across the platform

This role offers exposure to Ares' full secondaries platform including private equity, credit, and infrastructure strategies, with a particular focus on infrastructure products.
