Département : Buyout Durée du stage : 6 mois Lieu : Paris Début : Janvier 2027 Le rôle : L’équipe Buyout d’Ardian est la première équipe d’Ardian à avoir été créée. Elle a réalisé à ce jour plus de 95 rachats d’entreprise (ainsi que de nombreuses opérations de croissance externe pour ces entreprises en Europe, en Amérique du Nord, en Amérique du Sud et en Asie) et fait partie des fonds européens les plus actifs, couvrant principalement un spectre de valorisation allant de 250 millions à 2,5 milliards d’euros en termes de valeur d’entreprise. L’équipe est constituée de c.60+ professionnels de l’investissement, répartis à Paris, Milan, Madrid, Francfort, Londres et New-York. Le stagiaire est intégré au cœur de l’équipe. Il est directement impliqué dans différentes missions. Notamment : Rédaction de mémos d’investissement (entièrement en anglais) à partir des informations / memos de l’actionnaire principal, des banques conseil, et des consultants Analyse financière Suivi du processus de due diligence sur les nouveaux dossiers d’investissement Recherche d’information sur les industries, les sociétés cibles et leurs comparables (analyse de benchmarking, veille stratégique) Suivi des sociétés en portefeuille et analyse de performance Participation à divers projets transverses Compétences requises : Rigueur Motivation Autonomie Réactivité Esprit d’équipe et grandes qualités de communication Efficacité Le profil 3ème année (stage de fin d’études) ou 2ème année (2ème stage de césure) Anglais et Français courant indispensable Bonne connaissance des modèles financiers Bonne maîtrise d’Excel exigée Autres informations Gratification selon profil Enveloppe CSE Remboursement du titre de transport (66%) et tickets restaurant Convention de stage obligatoire – provenant d’un établissement d’enseignement supérieur To enhance your recruitment prospects and prepare for potential interviews, please consult our Resource Center.
