About This Role

Antler is a global venture capital firm that backs the world's most ambitious founders from the start, having helped create and invested in over 1,500 startups across 27 cities worldwide. Antler supports founders with deep business validation, initial capital, and expansion support through its global community and dedicated funds.

As an Investment Associate on Antler's Elevate Global Fund, you will source, evaluate, and support high-potential startups at Series A and B stages across Europe. This is a front-line investment role embedded in London's VC ecosystem, with direct exposure to Antler's global network and portfolio companies including Lovable and Airalo.

The role spans the full investment lifecycle: from deal sourcing and initial screening to comprehensive diligence, investment committee preparation, and ongoing portfolio support. Sector focus spans AI, B2B SaaS, fintech, and deep-tech, with a primary lens on the European market.

Key responsibilities:

- Source and evaluate investment opportunities across AI, B2B SaaS, fintech, and deep-tech with a primary focus on Europe

- Lead comprehensive investment diligence including unit economics (LTV/CAC), competitive landscape assessments, and technical architecture deep-dives

- Prepare investment memos for internal committee review and manage founder relationships throughout the deal process

- Support portfolio companies such as Lovable and Airalo in driving strategic growth

- Scale internal VC tooling by integrating AI into sourcing, diligence, and knowledge workflows

Requirements:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in venture capital, technical product development, consulting, or investment banking

- Strong ability to bridge business and technical topics, analysing both financial metrics (LTV/CAC) and product roadmap scalability

- Proactive, can-do attitude with communication skills to synthesise complex ideas for senior team members and external partners

- Based in or able to relocate to London, UK
