Head of Capital

Antler, one of the world's most active early-stage venture capital firms, is hiring a Head of Capital in New York to lead its capital formation operations. With a portfolio of over 1,900 companies across 27 cities globally and an LP base exceeding 60 institutions — including sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, and family offices — Antler operates at significant scale in the global venture ecosystem.

This is a senior commercial leadership role focused on scaling Antler's capital business with a 5x growth target over the next five years. The Head of Capital will partner with the global LP network, develop institutional fundraising strategies, and drive strategic initiatives to grow and deepen capital partnerships across the firm's expanding fund family.

Antler is seeking candidates with a proven track record in high-growth scaling environments. The firm emphasizes that asset class experience is secondary to demonstrated commercial leadership in rapidly expanding organizations with institutional stakeholder complexity. This role suits an experienced professional who has built and led capital or business development functions, with the credibility and judgment to operate as a senior partner within a global VC platform.
