Role Overview:

The Executive Strategy Director will oversee strategic planning processes, lead consulting projects, and shape the overarching business strategies aligned with the firm's investment mission. This is a high-impact leadership role working directly with the fund's investment and portfolio teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee strategic planning processes for the fund and its portfolio companies

- Lead consulting projects and deliver actionable strategic recommendations

- Conduct in-depth analyses of market trends in healthcare technology and aging-related sectors

- Collaborate with entrepreneurs and portfolio company stakeholders to refine go-to-market and growth strategies

- Provide thought leadership to inform investment decisions addressing global aging challenges

- Shape overarching business strategies aligned with the firm's mission and investment thesis

- Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, co-investors, and ecosystem partners in CEE and beyond

Qualifications:

- Strong skills in analytical thinking and strategic planning

- Proven expertise in consulting or management consulting

- Proficiency in business strategy development and execution

- Background in healthcare technology, digital health, or longevity sector preferred

- Experience working with venture-stage or early-stage companies

- Excellent communication skills with ability to operate across diverse cultural contexts
