Copenhagen-based startup Palette has successfully closed a €3 million pre-seed funding round, signaling strong investor confidence in its vision for a unified operating system tailored for AI-native teams. The capital infusion was spearheaded by Ugly Duckling Ventures, with significant contributions from Emblem and Acadian Ventures, alongside a cohort of angel investors. This funding positions Palette to accelerate the development and deployment of its innovative platform, designed to streamline how organizations integrate and manage artificial intelligence agents.

Founded in 2025 by Brian Kyed, Lars Ettrup, Steffen D. Sommer, and Christian Lomholt, Palette addresses a critical challenge emerging from the rapid AI adoption across diverse business functions. As companies move beyond engineering departments to embed AI in sales, operations, and product development, the need for a cohesive management layer becomes paramount. Palette's core innovation lies in its ability to decouple AI models from an organization's proprietary context, workflows, and internal knowledge bases.

This architectural approach allows businesses to maintain control over their unique data and processes while enabling seamless switching between different AI models and providers. "There will always be a newer model. The responsible way to adopt AI is to make the model swappable and make your company context durable.
