The investment, led by prominent HealthTech investor Healthy.Capital, will fuel the expansion of Clementine's innovative AI-powered platform designed to bridge the gap between individuals experiencing hearing difficulties and professional audiology services.

The company's core offering centers on 'Matthew,' an AI hearing care agent. This sophisticated digital assistant is engineered to interact with potential patients around the clock, providing non-judgmental support, answering queries, and educating users about hearing health. By addressing emotional and practical barriers, Matthew aims to guide individuals toward seeking appropriate audiological care, a critical step given that an estimated 1.5 billion people globally face hearing loss, with a significant majority delaying or never seeking treatment.

Founded in 2024, Clementine's AI activation platform is specifically tailored for the hearing-care industry. The recent funding follows a strategic expansion into the North American market through a partnership with Zoolstra, a marketing agency serving hearing clinics across the United States and Canada. This move signals Clementine's ambition for international growth and its commitment to addressing the widespread issue of untreated hearing loss.

The fresh capital injection will be strategically deployed to enhance Clementine's AI capabilities further and broaden its network of partnerships. The company intends to collaborate with an increasing number of hearing clinics, optical retailers, and other healthcare organizations.
