Guideless Raises €1M for AI-Powered Workplace Training Automation

In a significant move to streamline corporate knowledge transfer, Guideless has successfully closed a €1 million pre-seed funding round. This capital injection is earmarked for advancing its artificial intelligence-powered platform designed to automate the creation and maintenance of workplace training manuals. The funding was spearheaded by Superhero Capital, with crucial participation from FIRSTPICK VC, alongside notable angel investors including Thomas Plantenga (Group CEO of Vinted), Vytautas Atkočaitis (Vinted Go CEO), and Vinted co-founder Mantas Mikuckas. Funds will fuel product enhancement, team expansion, and strategic market entries into the UK, broader Europe, and the United States.

The persistent challenge of developing and updating training documentation consumes vast resources for businesses globally. Employees often bypass lengthy manuals, opting instead for peer assistance or support tickets, highlighting the inefficiency of traditional methods. This repetitive, low-value task is a significant drain on productivity. The market for AI-driven workflow automation, knowledge management, and training solutions is projected to exceed $21.5 billion by 2031, yet it currently lacks a unified, modern approach to capturing, auditing, and optimizing operational workflows.

Guideless addresses this gap by employing AI to meticulously document operational processes across any business software. The platform operates by having an expert user simply perform a workflow while Guideless records their actions. Its AI then automatically generates a visual step-by-step guide, crafts refined textual instructions, incorporates visual cues like highlights and zoom effects, produces a natural-sounding narration with accompanying transcripts, and applies custom company branding.
