Med-Lake Laboratory, a full-service clinical testing facility based in Milledgeville, Georgia, brings a robust portfolio of services including clinical toxicology, blood and clinical chemistry analysis, and PCR-based infectious disease diagnostics. Founded in 2018, the CLIA-certified and CAP-accredited laboratory caters to a diverse client base encompassing physician practices, skilled nursing facilities, behavioral health providers, and judicial programs. The acquisition also incorporates Med-Lake's established phlebotomy and courier network, enhancing logistical capabilities.

The integration will see Med-Lake Laboratory continue its operations from its Milledgeville headquarters, retaining its existing team. This allows for continuity of service while benefiting from Gravity 360's enhanced purchasing power, comprehensive compliance frameworks, and sophisticated revenue cycle management infrastructure.
