AirHub Raises €4.4M for Critical Drone Software

AirHub, a Dutch innovator in drone operational software, has successfully closed a €4.4 million Series A funding round. This capital infusion is earmarked to accelerate the company's expansion as a premier European provider of software solutions for mission-critical drone operations within security, defense, and critical infrastructure sectors. The investment was a collaborative effort, with significant backing from Keen Venture Partners and Runway FBU, alongside continued support from existing investors Lumaux and LUMO Labs.

The strategic injection of funds will empower AirHub to bolster its international team, significantly enhance its flagship AirHub Drone Operations Centre platform, and broaden its product suite. This expansion includes the development of specialized modules such as MilHub, tailored for defense applications, and SecHub, designed for broader security operations and incorporating advanced counter-drone capabilities to address emerging threats. This move positions AirHub to meet the escalating demand for robust, European-developed technology in sensitive operational environments.

Co-CEO and co-founder Thomas Brinkman emphasized the critical need for secure, scalable drone management software in high-stakes scenarios.
