Associate, Private Climate Investing

Wellington Management seeks an Associate for its Private Climate Investing team. The Climate Innovation Fund invests in growth-stage climate solutions companies (Series B-D) across energy, buildings, smart cities, industrial efficiency, transportation, and food/agriculture sectors.

Responsibilities:

- Market research and company mapping

- Due diligence on prospective investments

- Financial modeling and analysis

- Investment memo drafting

- Portfolio company engagement

- Limited Partner reporting

Requirements:

- 2-4 years experience in investment banking, consulting, or venture capital

- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Climate change interest
