This Associate opening sits within Waud Capital's Healthcare Services / Healthcare IT investment focus. WCP's investment approach includes working with experienced industry executives on target theses before sourcing investments, leveraging their experience and leadership pre- and post-acquisition — an apprenticeship model blending deal diligence with hands-on portfolio company and value-creation exposure. The Associate program may extend beyond the standard two years, offering high performers the opportunity to continue as a Senior Associate and pursue a path directly from Associate to Vice President without requiring business school.
