Role Overview

As Senior Vice President, AI Innovation - Agentic Factory, you will lead the vision and execution for leveraging agentic AI within a sophisticated private equity environment. This executive leadership position requires a strategic mindset combined with a deep understanding of AI's practical applications in business. You will be instrumental in building out the "Agentic Factory" concept – a structured approach to designing, implementing, and scaling intelligent agents that automate complex workflows and inform critical decisions across various operational and strategic functions.

Core Responsibilities

AI Strategy & Vision:* Define and articulate a compelling strategy for agentic AI adoption across Vista's portfolio, aligning initiatives with the firm's investment thesis and value creation plans.

Portfolio Engagement:* Partner directly with the executive leadership of Vista's portfolio companies to identify high-impact opportunities for agentic AI. Guide the development and deployment of tailored AI solutions that address specific business challenges and unlock new avenues for operational excellence and revenue generation.

"Agentic Factory" Development:* Establish and mature the framework, methodologies, and technical capabilities required to consistently build, test, and deploy robust AI agents. This includes defining best practices for agent design, orchestration, and continuous improvement within a private equity context.

Technology & Business Translation:* Bridge the gap between advanced AI research and practical business application. Evaluate emerging AI technologies, particularly in the realm of autonomous agents, and translate their potential into tangible business outcomes for the firm and its investments.

Value Realization:* Measure and report on the impact of AI initiatives, demonstrating clear returns on investment through improved operational metrics, accelerated product development, and enhanced strategic insights.

Executive Collaboration:* Work closely with Vista's investment teams, operating principals, and senior executives to embed AI innovation as a core pillar of the firm's long-term strategy.

Location & Compensation
