Director / Managing Director, Multi-Family Office Services

Validus Capital, an Independent Registered Investment Advisory firm based in El Segundo, California, is seeking a senior leader for its Multi-Family Office Services division. Validus serves the needs of high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families.

This senior leadership role combines deep tax and technical expertise with strategic advisory capabilities, client relationship management, and the ability to shape complex wealth structures for sophisticated clients. The Director/MD will serve as lead advisor to UHNW families, driving the vision and execution of family office services.

Key responsibilities include providing high-level strategic advice on trust and estate planning structures including revocable and irrevocable trusts, family limited partnerships, GRATs, IDGTs, dynasty trusts, and charitable structures. The role requires deep technical expertise in personal and entity taxation, leading due diligence and transaction structuring, and developing solutions for succession planning, governance, liquidity events, and intergenerational wealth transfer. CPA license required with 6+ years of progressive experience at an accounting firm or family office.
