Investment Manager

A large and successful infrastructure investment firm operating publicly traded and unlisted funds focused on renewable energy and infrastructure across the UK and Europe is seeking an Investment Manager. The firm has a strong track record in sustainable infrastructure and is expanding its investment team.

The Investment Manager will lead deal execution and negotiation through financial close, manage financial models, and supervise analysts throughout the investment process. The role involves board representation at portfolio companies and mentoring junior team members. The position provides significant transaction leadership responsibility within a well-established platform.

Key responsibilities include managing the full investment execution process from due diligence through financial close, overseeing financial modeling and valuations, negotiating core transaction documents with counterparties and advisors, supervising junior investment professionals, and representing the firm at portfolio company boards.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years in investment-focused roles with proven deal execution track record. Strong financial analysis and modeling capabilities are essential, along with project finance structure experience. The successful applicant will be an entrepreneurial and independent self-starter who is well organized and capable of managing multiple transactions simultaneously. A hybrid working arrangement is available.
