Manager, Investments and Underwriting

Trinitas Ventures is seeking a Manager of Investments and Underwriting to support its development, acquisition, and asset management efforts through thoughtful underwriting, financial analysis, and strategic evaluation of investment opportunities. The position plays a critical role in helping the company make informed investment decisions that maximize long-term portfolio and enterprise value.

The role directly supports development, acquisitions, and asset management teams by ensuring investment opportunities, operating strategies, and portfolio decisions are backed by accurate analysis, market intelligence, and disciplined financial evaluation. Trinitas focuses on student housing and multifamily real estate investments.

Key responsibilities include financial underwriting for student housing and multifamily development and acquisition opportunities, financial modeling including cash flow projections, valuation modeling, and investment return analysis, market research and competitive analysis for target markets, and support of asset management across the company's real estate portfolio.
