Key Responsibilities:

The Debt Capital Markets Director will hold comprehensive responsibility for the full lifecycle of debt financing activities within the European portfolio. Key responsibilities include:

* Leading the origination, structuring, and execution of diverse debt facilities for new acquisitions, significant developments, and existing portfolio assets across multiple European jurisdictions. This involves navigating a range of property types and transaction complexities.

* Cultivating and maintaining robust, high-level relationships with a broad network of capital providers, including commercial banks, investment banks, alternative debt funds, and institutional investors, ensuring access to optimal financing solutions.

* Conducting rigorous market analysis to identify optimal financing solutions, monitor macroeconomic trends, assess lender appetite, and benchmark pricing, providing critical insights to investment teams.

* Collaborating closely with investment, asset management, and legal teams to provide strategic input on capital structuring, risk mitigation, and ensure efficient, timely transaction execution from inception to close.

* Directing the negotiation of term sheets and comprehensive loan documentation, safeguarding the firm's interests and securing favorable financing terms and conditions.

* Overseeing all debt-related due diligence processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and external requirements.

* Proactively managing existing debt portfolios, including adherence to covenant compliance, implementation of interest rate hedging strategies, and comprehensive reporting obligations to internal stakeholders and lenders.

* Developing sophisticated financial models and analyses to evaluate various debt structures, their impact on investment returns, and overall portfolio risk.

* Providing expert guidance on debt-related risks, opportunities, and market dynamics to senior management and investment committees, contributing to strategic decision-making.
