## 2-Year Analyst, Co-Investments — Carlyle AlpInvest (Hong Kong)

Carlyle AlpInvest seeks a 2-year Analyst (with optional 6-month extension) focused on co-investments within Carlyle's Asia Pacific operations. The role reports directly to the Managing Director and Head of Carlyle AlpInvest's co-investment efforts in Hong Kong.

### Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate private equity investment opportunities through rigorous analysis

- Build financial models and conduct due diligence reviews

- Monitor portfolio companies and maintain GP relationships

- Support investor relations and fundraising initiatives

- Assist senior team members with transaction execution

### Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field with strong academic performance

- Minimum 2 years in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or comparable roles

- Fluent English; Japanese language skills advantageous

- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Strong analytical, research, and presentation capabilities

- Knowledge of financial modeling, valuation, and accounting principles
