AVP/VP, ESG Investment Management

The Sustainability Group at Temasek initiates, develops, and implements strategies to build a climate-resilient, net zero portfolio and enable nature-positive and inclusive growth.

The ESG Investment Management role within the Sustainability Group will contribute to portfolio sustainability strategy and engagement with portfolio companies. The role is based in New York and involves:

- Contributing to the development and implementation of ESG investment strategies across Temasek's global portfolio

- Engaging portfolio companies on sustainability performance, risk assessment, and best practices

- Supporting climate-related investment analysis and opportunity identification

- Advancing thought leadership on sustainability topics in partnership with investment teams

- Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders including portfolio companies, industry peers, and regulatory bodies
