Role Overview

Suffolk Ventures, the technology venture capital investment platform backed by construction enterprise Suffolk, is hiring a VC Associate in Boston. The firm invests in startups improving efficiency and productivity across the building lifecycle, from real estate development through property management.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research identifying investment trends and perform deal screening

- Execute due diligence including competitive analysis, valuation modeling, and investment memo preparation

- Support portfolio companies through board participation and resource coordination

- Organize industry networks benefiting portfolio founders

Qualifications

- Undergraduate degree or MBA from a top-tier institution

- 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, VC/PE, consulting at premier firms, or tech industry roles

- Strong analytical, written, and interpersonal capabilities

- Passion for the built environment; built-world sector experience preferred

Location

On-site at 65 Allerton St, Boston, MA, with 1 day/week remote flexibility.
