Vice President - Real Estate Advisory

StepStone Group is seeking a results-driven Vice President to join its Real Estate Advisory team in New York. The successful candidate will deliver comprehensive advisory services to institutional investor clients, including sourcing and evaluating real estate fund offerings and conducting detailed due diligence on fund managers. The role involves managing client relationships across the advisory platform, providing portfolio construction guidance, and training and mentoring junior team members.

Key responsibilities include evaluating global real estate fund opportunities, conducting manager due diligence, developing portfolio recommendations for institutional clients, and contributing to the firm is business development efforts. The VP will work closely with senior advisors and clients including pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, endowments, and family offices.

Candidates must bring 6+ years of experience in real estate private equity consulting or institutional portfolio management. Strong analytical capabilities, financial modeling skills, and clear communication skills are required. Experience with fund-level due diligence, portfolio construction, and real estate market analysis is essential.
