Vice President - Capital Markets

StepStone Group seeks a Vice President to lead its Capital Markets function in New York, focusing on fund-level financing solutions across Private Equity and Real Estate strategies. The role involves structuring, negotiating, and executing fund-level financing transactions including subscription credit facilities, NAV facilities, hybrid facilities, and leverage solutions.

The VP will partner with investment teams, legal, tax, and operations to align financing structures with fund documentation requirements.
