VC Analyst

Skybound Venture Capital is a newly launched deep tech venture fund that closed its first $35 million oversubscribed round, investing across agriculture, space, energy, robotics, longevity, and AI safety.

Role Overview:

The VC Analyst will be a core member of the investment team, supporting the full investment lifecycle from sourcing to portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track international and Greek/diaspora founders worldwide before they begin fundraising

- Review 20+ companies weekly and write investment committee memos

- Assist portfolio founders with go-to-market strategy, financial modeling, and fundraising materials

- Analyze sectors, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics

- Organize community events in Athens and beyond

- Manage CRM systems and KPIs

Requirements:

- 1-3 years experience in VC, investment banking, consulting, or startup roles (or founder background)

- Strong analytical skills with financial modeling and pitch deck analysis

- Fluent English; Greek strongly preferred

- Based in Athens or willing to relocate

- Technical background or deep tech experience advantageous

Compensation: Includes carried interest participation in fund returns.
