Singh Capital Partners is seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate to support investment sourcing, due diligence, underwriting, transaction execution, portfolio management, and strategic initiatives across the firm. The role offers significant responsibility, direct exposure to firm leadership, and the opportunity to work across a diverse range of investment opportunities.

A distinctive aspect of this role is the expectation that the candidate will serve as an internal builder, designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered tools, agents, and workflows to make the investment team faster and more effective.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source, evaluate, and underwrite investment opportunities across private equity, venture capital, real estate, and special situations

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, due diligence, and investment memo preparation

- Support transaction execution from initial screening through closing

- Manage ongoing portfolio monitoring and reporting

- Design and deploy AI-powered research and analysis tools to enhance investment decision-making

- Build systems and workflows that improve team efficiency and analytical output
