Investment Analyst - Private Equity

Schroders Capital, the private markets investment arm of Schroders plc — a global asset manager with over £750 billion under management — is seeking an Investment Analyst for its Private Equity team in New York. Schroders Capital manages over $100 billion across private equity, private debt, real estate, infrastructure, and impact strategies.

The Investment Analyst will support the private equity investment team in evaluating investment opportunities across direct investments, co-investments, and fund investments. Responsibilities include financial analysis and modeling, due diligence on target companies and funds, preparation of investment recommendations, and portfolio monitoring. The role provides exposure to a broad range of private equity strategies within a leading global asset management platform.

Candidates should have strong academic backgrounds, analytical skills, and a genuine interest in private markets investing. Experience in investment banking, private equity, or asset management is advantageous.
