General Partner (Early Stage VC Fund / Family Office IR)

Scalator Ventures Inc. is seeking an experienced founder or venture capital professional to join as General Partner at its early-stage fund, based in Miami, Florida. This is a senior leadership role focused on building an innovative early-stage VC fund with a differentiated approach to AI-driven business models.

The General Partner will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments in early-stage companies across Scalator's focus areas, which include automotive in-cabin technology, health and longevity AI, and fashion and beauty digital platforms. In addition to investment activities, the role involves capital raising and investor relations responsibilities, including building relationships with limited partners and managing the fund's IR function.

Ideal candidates bring a proven track record of raising institutional capital, deep industry expertise in one or more of the fund's target sectors, and a strong understanding of AI-driven business model innovation. The General Partner must have strong convictions about emerging market opportunities and the ability to create entirely new market segments through venture-backed companies.

This is a full-time, senior commitment requiring the ability to build and lead a team oriented toward IPO-scale growth outcomes. Scalator Ventures is not considering consultants, investment bankers, associates, or fractional roles for this position. The ideal candidate is an experienced operator or fund manager who can bring both capital formation skills and sector expertise to the partnership.
