Senior Associate, Growth Venture Investing

RX3 Growth Partners, a growth-stage venture firm specializing in health and wellness consumer investments, is seeking a Senior Associate for its investing team in Orange County, California. RX3 backs mission-driven brands and companies at the intersection of consumer health, wellness, and lifestyle, partnering with entrepreneurs to scale high-potential businesses.

The Senior Associate will identify and evaluate investment opportunities in the health and wellness sector, lead due diligence processes, and prepare investment committee materials for review by senior partners. The role involves providing active support to portfolio companies as they scale, assisting with fundraising activities, and contributing to strategic initiatives across the firm's portfolio. The Senior Associate will work closely with the investment team on all stages of the investment lifecycle from initial sourcing through exit.

Candidates should bring 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or venture capital, with particular expertise in consumer sectors — especially health and wellness. Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills are valued given the firm's emphasis on founder relationships and portfolio partnership. An MBA is preferred but not mandatory for qualified candidates with demonstrated investment experience.
