Role Overview

Ripple is building infrastructure for crypto solutions serving financial institutions, businesses, governments, and developers globally. The Corporate Development team strategically deploys capital to accelerate Ripple's growth through high-impact partnerships, investments, and acquisitions. Ripple is hiring a VP to lead execution of this global mandate.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop unique strategic market intelligence on key categories within the crypto ecosystem; curate research to identify critical shifts and their implications

- Orchestrate cross-functional workstreams engaging internal and external partners on deal execution

- Lead sourcing, evaluation, and execution of partnerships, investments, and acquisitions supporting Ripple's growth strategy

- Build and grow relationships with counterparties across the digital asset ecosystem

Qualifications

- Passion for the cryptocurrency industry with strong analytical, methodical, and creative problem-solving skills

- Track record executing corporate development, M&A, or strategic investment transactions

- Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills
