Director, Investments & Capital Markets

Revalorize, a New York-based real estate private equity firm, is seeking a Director of Investments & Capital Markets to serve as a senior strategic partner to the CEO across acquisitions, capital markets, and asset management. This high-impact role combines investment execution with investor relations and portfolio oversight responsibilities.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing fundraising strategy with LP cultivation, sourcing acquisition opportunities in multifamily and value-add real estate, overseeing portfolio performance post-closing, and functioning as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leadership. The Director will be a key relationship manager for institutional investors and high-net-worth LPs while managing the full lifecycle of real estate investment transactions.

Candidates should have 4-7 years of experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, or institutional real estate, with demonstrated financial modeling expertise and strong investor relations experience. Experience with multifamily and value-add strategies, capital raising, and LP reporting is preferred.
