Investment Associate

This Investment Associate role is focused on generating and developing early-stage deal flow through aggressive outbound sourcing and ecosystem presence. The position combines a recruiter-style sourcing mindset with venture investing, identifying promising founders early and initiating relationships. Salary: $150,000-$175,000/yr.

What You will Do: Drive high-volume outbound sourcing to identify and engage promising early-stage founders and build a consistent pipeline of opportunities. Represent the firm across conferences, meetups, and community events to surface new founder relationships. Generate deal flow by conducting initial screening conversations with founders and proactively communicating insights to partners.

Who You Are: Highly proactive and comfortable with aggressive outbound outreach, relationship-building, and pipeline management. Well-connected in the startup ecosystem through events, communities, and consistent networking. Strong communicator with sound judgment, able to identify interesting opportunities early and run thoughtful conversations with founders.
