General Manager, Fund of Funds

QuantumLight is seeking a General Manager to take full ownership and lead a new Fund of Funds investment strategy from the ground up — defining the proposition, building the team, fundraising, investing, and scaling. Responsibilities include owning the Fund of Funds business (backed by tech, admin, and HR resources from the parent company), owning the full lifecycle from capital raising and investor relations through sourcing and executing fund investments and ongoing portfolio management, setting the strategy's goals and roadmap aligned with QuantumLight's overall mission, building and managing the fundraising and investment team, and creating value for the broader QuantumLight ecosystem. Requirements: proven experience building, launching, or scaling a new business, product, or investment strategy; a background in top-tier strategy consulting, investment banking, or venture capital; a technical or semi-technical (STEM) educational background; and experience as an ex-founder or running one's own project is a strong plus.
