Head of Capital

Polychain Capital, the world's premier digital asset investment fund, is seeking a Head of Capital to lead capital formation and investor relations. The role involves developing a robust pipeline of prospective fund investors through networking and relationship-building, managing and mentoring the internal IR team, and serving as a prominent ambassador of the firm. The successful candidate will oversee all investor communications, reporting, and relationship management efforts, while appropriately managing a budget for travel and events to support business development activities. Prior experience developing institutional relationships within a regulated private fund environment is required, along with understanding of crypto concepts and markets.
