Origination and Strategy Executive

## Role Overview

Phoenix Equity Partners is a leading UK & Ireland mid-market private equity investor, partnering with founder-entrepreneurs and their teams. The firm invests between £10m and £60m of equity per partnership across three core sector pillars: Data and Insights, Tech-enabled Services, and Health & Wellbeing. Phoenix is hiring an Origination and Strategy Executive to join its origination & strategy team.

## Key Responsibilities

- Analysing the attractions of market sectors where Phoenix may be considering investment opportunities, across the firm's core pillars (Data & Insights, Tech-enabled Services, Health & Wellbeing)

- Identifying, contacting, and meeting companies to develop the investment opportunity pipeline

- Liaising closely with the investment team to discuss research findings

- Presenting market research to entrepreneurs

- Financial analysis of individual companies

- Commercial due diligence support

- Contributing to the firm's own technology development

## Qualifications

- At least 18 months of experience in strategy consulting

- A bright, driven individual capable of working closely with founder-entrepreneurs
