Senior Associate (INFRA Directs)

Role Overview

Partners Group is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Private Infrastructure Direct Investment Team in Denver, working on control and control-oriented infrastructure investments across sub-sectors including Energy, Communications, Transportation, Social Infrastructure, and Infrastructure Services.

Key Responsibilities

- Support quantitative and qualitative screening and due diligence on prospective private infrastructure investments

- Lead aspects of process management during due diligence, overseeing more junior team members

- Build and run sophisticated infrastructure financial models

- Prepare investment memoranda for Partners Group's Investment Committee

- Contribute to thematic sourcing initiatives across the Americas infrastructure landscape

- Monitor existing investments and work with portfolio companies on value creation initiatives

Qualifications

- Top academic credentials; Master's/MBA/CFA are additional assets

- 4-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in principal investing or investment banking

- Expert financial modeling skills and strong Excel proficiency

- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to lead and mentor junior colleagues

Compensation & Location

Based in Partners Group's Denver office. Base pay range of $200,000-$230,000, plus performance-based bonus and equity, with a full benefits package including 401(k) match, 25 vacation days, and a sabbatical after every five years of service.
