Role Overview

This role focuses on leading control buyouts with equity check sizes from $300M to $800M+ in consumer and industrial verticals.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead investment diligence and underwriting across all dimensions

- Build detailed, business unit-based financial models

- Draft investment committee reports

- Interact with legal, tax, and technical due diligence partners

- Assist in negotiating debt facilities and purchase agreements

- Monitor portfolio company performance through the investment period

Requirements

- Prior experience in private equity, investment banking, or related field

- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

- Ability to work across all aspects of the investment lifecycle
