Investment Analyst, Private Capital

Ontario Teachers Private Capital is the direct investment arm of the Ontario Teachers Pension Plan, focused on private equity investments in North America, Europe, and Asia. Teachers Private Capital was formed in 1991 and is based in Toronto, with additional offices in London and New York.

Responsibilities:

- Support the evaluation, execution, and monitoring of direct private equity investments

- Conduct financial modeling, due diligence, and industry research

- Prepare investment committee materials and presentations

- Monitor portfolio company performance and financial results

- Support portfolio company management teams

Qualifications:

- Strong academic background in finance, economics, or related field

- Investment banking, consulting, or related experience

- CFA charter or progress towards it valued

- Strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills

- Strategic thinking ability and long-term perspective
