Vice President, Business Transformation - Investment Lifecycle

The Vice President will serve as a business process analyst within the Business Transformation team, responsible for executing projects and initiatives designed to enhance investment lifecycle workflows across Investment Operations, Trading, Compliance, Technology, and Data functions. Key responsibilities include partnering with Investment Operations, Trading, Compliance, and Technology teams to analyze and optimize end-to-end investment lifecycle processes, including private deal workflow, trade capture, order management, allocations, confirmations, settlements, and reconciliations. The role requires identifying control gaps, process inefficiencies, and data integrity risks within workflows and implementing scalable solutions. The VP will lead business process design efforts, document policies, standard operating procedures, and workflows, and serve as a subject matter liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams for initiatives impacting Order Management Systems (OMS). Requirements include experience in investment operations at alternative investment or asset management firms, strong knowledge of trade lifecycle and OMS systems, and proven project management capabilities.
