About This Role

Nuveen, the asset management arm of TIAA, is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to support its Energy Infrastructure Credit strategy. Nuveen is a leading global investment manager with significant presence across private markets, including infrastructure, real estate, private equity, and private credit.

This role is primarily responsible for managing investor information requests, maintaining marketing and due diligence materials, and assisting with ongoing investor reporting. The position provides direct exposure to institutional clients and the broader operations of a leading infrastructure credit platform.

Key responsibilities include coordinating and completing investor due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), requests for proposals (RFPs), and ad hoc information requests. The associate will liaise across investment, product, operations, finance, legal, and other teams to gather and synthesize responses, and maintain an organized library of approved content.

The role also involves updating firm and strategy-level marketing materials — including investor presentations, firm overview decks, and case studies — tracking key performance, portfolio, and market data, and participating in investor meetings with detailed follow-up. Investor reporting support includes assisting in preparation and review of quarterly reports and performance updates, coordinating data collection from investment, finance, accounting, and other teams.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field with 3-5 years of relevant experience in investor relations, product management, RFP/DDQ, or client service within a private credit, private equity, or infrastructure context. Strong writing and editing skills are essential. This is a full-time role based in New York, NY.
