Associate, Private Infrastructure

Nuveen, a TIAA company, is seeking an Associate for its Global Infrastructure team in New York, focused on private equity infrastructure investments. Nuveen manages over $1 trillion in assets and has a leading infrastructure investing platform. The Associate will support origination of new investments and portfolio management across direct equity joint ventures, PE fund commitments, co-investments, and preferred securities. Responsibilities include financial modeling, asset-level due diligence, underwriting, investment committee materials, portfolio surveillance, board materials, and coordination with valuation, accounting, legal and compliance teams. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in infrastructure investing, investment banking, or related financial analysis.
