About the Role

Novastone Capital Advisors (NCA) runs a global Operator-Led Search Fund program, helping mid-career professionals identify, acquire, grow and exit established small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) facing succession challenges. NCA is hiring an Investment Team Senior Associate for its North American team.

Key Responsibilities

- Advise NCA searchers on evaluating, structuring and executing M&A transactions to acquire SMEs

- Develop and own financial models for potential transactions

- Communicate with senior Investment Team members on project progress and deliverables

- Collaborate on the review and development of legal documentation for potential transactions

- Support execution of SME acquisitions across North America
