Investment Team Senior Associate, North America

Role Overview

Novastone Capital Advisors (NCA) is hiring an Investment Team Senior Associate to join its North American team, based in Miami. NCA runs a global Operator-Led Search Fund program, helping mid-career professionals identify, acquire, grow, and exit established small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) typically facing succession challenges.

Key Responsibilities

- Advise NCA searchers on evaluating, structuring, and executing M&A transactions for SME acquisitions

- Develop and own financial models related to potential transactions, including LBO-style analyses

- Communicate with senior Investment Team members on project progress and deliverables

- Collaborate with senior Investment Team members on review and development of legal documentation for potential transactions

- Oversee and review deal memoranda prepared by searchers prior to investor presentations

- Oversee searcher-led commercial due diligence and third-party due diligence workstreams

- Present analyses and studies internally and to investors in support of NCA searchers
