Role Overview

Partner-track role working directly with the partners on all aspects of capital formation strategy, supporting the raise of Defense Fund II.

Key Responsibilities

- Segment, target, and sequence the LP pipeline across RIAs, UHNW investors, and family offices

- Lead outreach and manage due diligence requests from prospective LPs

- Own the CRM system and investor pipeline

- Prepare materials for LP meetings and roadshows

Requirements

- 3-7 years in capital formation, investor relations, or institutional sales at a GP, placement agent, or asset manager

- Experience with alternative investment fund LP base
