Associate, Venture Capital / Growth Equity

NightDragon is looking for an Associate focused on analytical and technical execution supporting sourcing and diligence efforts across the SecureTech ecosystem portfolio.

Responsibilities:

- Proactively identify opportunities, develop market maps, and build investment theses

- Manage financial analysis, build models, prepare investment memos and IC presentations

- Develop analytical materials and track portfolio performance metrics

- Work cross-functionally with platform teams on active opportunities

Requirements:

- Bachelor in finance, economics, engineering, or related field

- 1-4 years in investment banking, private equity, or consulting

- Strong financial modeling and quantitative skills

- Cybersecurity/defense tech background preferred

- AI tool experience
